1.6 Territory
Importing products purchased through the store is not subject to any territorial restrictions.
Article 2 - Registration for Services

2.5 Account Closure

Article 3 - Ordering Products
3.1
Once the order is validated by the User, it is final and cannot be modified or canceled. The User then receives a confirmation email summarizing the details of their order. This email serves as proof of the transaction and acts as an invoice. The User is therefore strongly advised to save and print it.
The order is binding on Carlotta Films only upon receipt of full payment of the price and Carlotta Films reserves the right to refuse any order placed by a User who has not complied with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale during a previous order (for example: failure to pay, violation of intellectual property rights, etc.).
Our service offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website and while stocks last.
3.1.1 Specifics of the order from the Editorial Products Purchasing Service
Once Carlotta Films has received full payment for the order, the selected product(s) will be sent to the address provided by the User.
Carlotta Films cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delay in delivery.
For products not stocked in Carlotta Films warehouses, offers are valid subject to availability from Carlotta Films suppliers.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email or mail as soon as we receive the information from our suppliers.
All orders placed on the site must correspond to the normal needs of a household.
3.2 Payment Methods
Payment is made by bank cards (Carte Bleue, VISA, Mastercard, Amex) at the time the order is entered by the website.
The User must enter, in the designated area during payment, the number printed on their card, its expiry date and its cryptogram.
The User acknowledges that providing Carlotta Films with information relating to their bank card constitutes authorization to debit their bank account in favor of Carlotta Films up to the amount of their order, including fees and VAT.

3.3 Withdrawal
In addition to the possibility of benefiting from the fifteen (15) day period (see following article), in accordance with our Returns Policy, you have the seven (7) day right of withdrawal provided by law to return the items to us without having to justify a reason.
Shipping and return costs will be your responsibility. Only the price of the purchased product(s) will be refunded.

The right of return cannot be exercised when the products have been unsealed by the customer.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
Refunds for products under the circumstances described above will be made within sixty (60) days or less after we receive the products.
The refund will be made via bank transfer to the User's account.
No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted, regardless of the reason.
3.4 Product Conformity (exclusively reserved for the editorial product purchasing service)
Carlotta Films is committed to refunding or exchanging products that appear to be defective, damaged, or do not correspond to the User's order. In such cases, Carlotta Films requests that the User provide a detailed written description of the issue and return the product(s). Carlotta Films will then, at the User's discretion, exchange or refund the product(s). Requests must be made within fifteen (15) business days of delivery. Any claim made after this period will not be accepted.
In any event, the User benefits from the provisions of the legal guarantee, in particular those relating to the guarantee against hidden defects.
The provisions of this article do not prevent the User from benefiting from the right of withdrawal (satisfaction or refund) provided for in the previous article.

In case of disputes, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
The User expressly acknowledges the probative value of electronic writing as used on the site and acknowledges that the data recorded by Carlotta Films is authentic and constitutes proof of all transactions carried out.
In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the Services, the User will have the opportunity, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, with the help of a consumer association or any other advisor of their choice.
