Deliveries and returns

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND UNDER THE EDITORIAL PRODUCT PURCHASE SERVICE
In addition to the possibility of benefiting from the fifteen (15) day period, in accordance with our Returns Policy, you have the right of withdrawal of seven (7) days provided by law to return items to us without having to provide a reason.
Shipping and return costs will then be at your expense. Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.

Return requests can be made from your customer account here.

Products should be returned to:

in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessory, instructions, etc.), and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
The right of return cannot be exercised when the products have been unsealed by the customer.
Incomplete, damaged, or soiled items returned by the customer will not be accepted for return.
Refunds for products in the hypotheses referred to above will be made within a period equal to or less than sixty (60) days after receipt of the products by us.
The refund will be made by bank transfer to the User's account.
No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted, whatever the reason.

PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
Carlotta Films undertakes to refund or exchange products that are apparently defective, damaged, or do not correspond to the User's order. In this case, Carlotta Films asks the User to make a detailed written statement and return the product(s). Carlotta Films will proceed, at the User's choice, with the exchange or refund of the product(s). The request must be made within fifteen (15) working days following delivery. Any complaint made outside this period cannot be accepted.
In any event, the User benefits from the provisions of the legal guarantee, particularly those relating to the guarantee against hidden defects.
The provisions of this article do not prevent the User from benefiting from the right of withdrawal (satisfied or refunded) provided for in the preceding article.
