Deliveries and returns

CANCELLATION AND REFUND WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE EDITORIAL PRODUCT PURCHASE SERVICE
In addition to the possibility of benefiting from the fifteen (15) day period, in accordance with our Returns Policy, you have the seven (7) day right of withdrawal provided by law to return the items to us without having to justify a reason.
Shipping and return costs will be your responsibility. Only the price of the purchased product(s) will be refunded.
Returns should be sent to:

in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
The right of return cannot be exercised when the products have been unsealed by the customer.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
Refunds for products under the circumstances described above will be made within sixty (60) days or less after we receive the products.
The refund will be made via bank transfer to the User's account.
No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted, regardless of the reason.

PRODUCT CONFORMITY
Carlotta Films is committed to refunding or exchanging products that appear to be defective, damaged, or do not correspond to the User's order. In such cases, Carlotta Films requests that the User provide a detailed written description of the issue and return the product(s). Carlotta Films will then, at the User's discretion, exchange or refund the product(s). Requests must be made within fifteen (15) business days of delivery. Any claim made after this period will not be accepted.
In any event, the User benefits from the provisions of the legal guarantee, in particular those relating to the guarantee against hidden defects.
The provisions of this article do not prevent the User from benefiting from the right of withdrawal (satisfaction or refund) provided for in the previous article.
