Los Angeles, 1968. Captain in the Marines, Bob Hyde leaves to fight in Vietnam. A figurehead of New Hollywood with works like Shampoo and The Last Corvée , Hal Ashby gives body to the wounded of this “dirty war”, bruised heroes suddenly rendered invisible to the eyes of society.
