In order to get their hands on a dangerous criminal, two plainclothes police officers set up a hideout across from an arms dealer's building. Mike and Neng-ren move into the apartment of a somewhat eccentric elderly lady, who takes them for her grandsons. The days go by and the two men begin to get attached to their roommate and to build bonds with the people in the neighborhood. That's when the gangster and his henchmen make their big comeback...
